By taking inspiration from the lively collection of restaurant/bar hybrids that have confirmed themselves as new old favourites on the heritage city’s munching scene, One Beaufort has brought a little corner of downtown Bath to an area that city dwellers would probably refer to as the suburbs.

We don't just serve good food or good drink at One Beaufort, we do both: brilliantly. We're picky about our produce and use carefully sourced, seasonal ingredients whenever possible.

Situated just a stone's throw away from the River Avon and the city centre, One Beaufort has been revitalised by the restaurateur Kevin Walters who has not just created an elegant, yet intimate venue, but have also brought a touch of flair to the menu with Gallic-inflected gastro-pub dishes allowing diners to enjoy a hearty meal with a graceful flourish.

Cocktails are a serious at One Beaufort. We can expertly mix your favourite tipple from our list of classics, or tempt you with something new from our signature serves.

We're passionate about wines - red, white, rosé or sparkling - too! Our extensive wine list is matched only by our enthusiastic knowledge.

“Excellent steak night”

We were recommended to try the special steak night on a Thursday...we were not disappointed. We booked which was just as well as it was packed out. The steaks were excellent..

Husband and I decided on a quiet a-deux meal at our neighbourhood restaurant One Beaufort last night. We discovered their new chef David had taken on the kitchen and what a meal he produced!
